Zimbabwe customer visit Nanjing Hongwen Machinery Technology Co.,Ltd check cattle slaughtering equiment

Nanjing, China – 20th February, 2025 – Nanjing Hongwen Machinery Technology Co., Ltd, a leading Chinese manufacture and provider of turnkey slaughter equipment and innovative slaughter line solutions for cattle / cow, sheep / goat, pig / hog and poultry / chicken, was honored to welcome a delegation from Zimbabwe, hosted by Peter Li, the overseas sales director of Nanjing Hongwen. 

Showcasing Innovation in the Demo Room of Abattoir Slaughter Equipment

The tour commenced in Hongwen Machinery’s state-of-the-art demonstration facility. Here, the Russian delegation gained firsthand insight into the core components of efficient meat processing equipment. Key cattle slaughter equipment and pig slaughter equipment demonstrated included:

• Cattle Slaughter Line Essentials: The cattle rotary slaughter box and pneumatic elevator for cattle slaughter line drew significant attention for their role in humane handling and line efficiency within a cattle slaughterhouse.

• Pig Slaughter Line Technology: The three points pig stunning conveyor machine, pig washing and polishing machine, and robust pig dehairing machine were examined closely as vital parts of a hygienic and productive pig slaughter line.

• Automation & Diversification: The automatic pork carcass half splitting robot highlighted automation capabilities. Solutions for other species, like the sheep dehider and chicken plucking machine, demonstrated HW Machinery’s breadth in abattoir equipment.

• System Components: The critical overhead rail system and various specialized hooks for cattle, sheep, and pigs were discussed, alongside consumables like pig dehairing scraper paddles and pig polishing whips.

Zimbabwe customers engaged in detailed technical discussions, particularly focusing on the cattle rotary slaughter box, pneumatic elevator, automatic pig stunning conveyor, and pig dehairing machine. Their hands-on approach included operational trials to assess the slaughtering equipment‘s functionality and ergonomics.

After checking Nanjing Hongwen manufacturing process and workshops, the Zimbabwe customer talked with Peter's sales team and negotiate a preliminary contract on supplying of full set of slaughtering equipment for 100 cattle per shift abattoir in Zimbabwe.
